Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. Morton's is famous for its animated signature tableside menu presentation: steaks, whole Maine lobsters and other main course selections, along with fresh vegetables, are presented on a cart rolled to your table, where the server displays and describes each menu item in appetizing and entertaining detail. The menu, which is the same at all locations, features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 20 ounce New York sirloin and a 14 ounce double cut filet.

Lose the pre Dinner Show
tgschauer - 03/05/2006The food cart display is dumb. Waiters can have an attitude. Food is great. Stay away from one on Toronto...bad experience there twice.

nmolney - 09/30/2005Was there with my wife and her guide dog on a Friday night two weeks ago. The entire staff was attentive to our special needs. The portions were sizable, so we split everything. My wife said the next morning that she could still taste our perfectly prepared NY steak (that's a very good thing, and I had to agree) together with a side of creamed spinach. The souffle (in this case lemon) was the lightest and best tasting we have ever had. Our other favorite steakhouses are Gibsons in Chicago, LG's in Palm Springs, Craftsteak in Las Vegas, and Donovans in San Diego.
Best Steaks on Earth
forzforz2 - 05/26/2005The best steaks I've eaten are in America (no offense to Europe) and the best American steaks are thick cut, aged and rare cooked for a short time in extreme heat. Morton's delivers exactly that. With a great wine list and asparagus to die for it's number one in the world for me.

sirelite1 - 04/15/2005Love a good steak but mine was not better than red lobster when I was there a few months ago and the service was fair.I love eating at nice private places and don't care about the price but this was the first time I felt it was a waste of time and money, only been there 1 time maybe I caught them on a bad day ????
No taste

Should give tea bags like sugar bags in a holder or put in more leaves with each refill. They charge coffee and tea the same and refill coffee with coffee but refill tea with hot water. After one cup the bag is only color no taste. It's discriminating/cheating the tea drinkers.
