Sure you can pick up a pie or have it delivered, but Z Pizza boasts a clean interior and breezy patio for customers who love to dine in-house. Start out with an antipasto salad (small or large), a medley of salami, provolone, tomatoes, black olives and pepperoni. Or try the pesto pasta salad topped perfectly with toasted pine nuts. Taking the art of sandwich making to a new level, their apply-named "Yuppie" sports avocado, mozzarella, cucumber and artichoke hearts. Exotic pizzas, such as the Thai, are made of spicy chicken, red onions, cilantro, carrots and peanut sauce. And for south-of-the-border flair, order up the Mexican, a spicy lime chicken, green onion, olive and fresh salsa version. Picky eaters can create their own pizza from over 40 unique toppings such as turkey sausage and mango. The "California gourmet"-style pizza chain also gives back to the community by sponsoring local schools and the Surfrider Foundation, which holds beach cleanup days in Long Beach. Healthy eaters appreciate that the pizzas are made with low-fat skim mozzarella and wheat crust is available upon request. -- Victoria Namkung

Z Best
We've been eating at the "Z" for many years. Four years ago we moved to Vermont and guess what? There was a brand new "Z" pizza there in Shelburne Vermont. Same great taste. We stopped by there whenever we could. Who woulda thought there would be a familiar face in Vermont? Now that we have returned to Orange County, we hit the "Z" at least weekly.
Add CommentI love Mammy
This film really surprised me as I thought it would be very dark yet there are some brilliant comedy moments provided by the wonderful characters Mammy and Chaser. In fact the film is an emotional rollercoaster! Fantastic!
There's one in North Tustin...

Very yummy and flavorful. Great, flavorful salads, too. We are hooked! Reasonable prices, too. We go to the zpizza in North Tustin, at 12932 Newport Ave. It's in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's.

Creative and incredibly good at the same time. It's what California Pizza Kitchen wanted to be; Z is so much better. Greek, Napoli and Provence are the best. Some of it's even healthy for you and still tastes great. Worth checking out, fer sure.

Great pizza by the slice. . . crayons and butcher paper table cloths are therapeutic for expressing one's artistic talents while waiting for an order (if you like your work, tear it off and slap it on the fridge when you get home). . . and the happy-merry-workers behind the counter are friendly and courteous(which seems to be a rare commodity in today's market). . . keep it up, folks!
