Long before eating healthy became a pop culture trend, OC-based Rutabegorz was quietly serving organic and vegetarian fare in a coffeeshop environment. Lunch is most popular and by dinnertime Gen-Xers take over the place, making it more of a hanging-out-and-studying spot. You can customize sandwiches, crepes and wraps. Chairs and tables are a mish-mash of vintage and new, and most of the clientele are from local businesses or college campuses.
