I CANT PRAISE THE STAFF ENOUGH AT HONDA WORLD DOWNEY. THEY TRAINED MECHANICS WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOIS THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE SERVICE ADVISERS AND ESPECIALLY THE THE SERVICE MANAGER WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE....I LOVE THIS PLACE..

I took my car to this dealership for maintanance on my vehicle. I felt they were a trustworthy and reputable place. After about a day of the maintanance taking place my car began to jolt when I stepped on the gas. I called Honda World and they gave me the run around and told me I would have to come and wait to be seen again at "their" convinience. I felt this was unprofessional because I was a paid customer and should have received top priority. They said there was nothing they could do. Not only did they charge me more than what was originally quoted to me on the phone, but my car runs worse now than it did before and I also have to waste more time and wait for them to have time to fix the problem they created.
