I frequent the Clubhouse weekly. I am a Clubhouse Member and am treated wonderful! The negatives above can happen anywhere and I have a hard time believing that the staff seemed afraid or not to care. This place is so guest friendly. The food is good and reasonable.
    Love the Clubhouse!

  • Poor Management

My friend and I were recently at the The Club House for lunch.
The wait staff accidently spilled Ice Tea on my friend from the top of head all over her white jacket. Her jacket, blouse and slacks she was wearing weres throughly drenched t right down to her underwear. Her pants were so wet it looked like she had had an accident when she stood up. Her leather purse was drenched and ruined beyond repair. She took it to have it cleaned but ended up having to have it dyed. We had to ask to see the Manager as the staff neglected to inform the Manager of this situation. They seemed afraid to report it.
One would expect a restaurant of this calibar to have the courtesy to offer an apologe and perhaps a a free dinner to try to make amends. I've had other restaurants due more for lesser
accidents. We were all agast at the lack of responsibility the wait staff and the Manager took. I suggest you wear a rain coat or old clothes when dinning there. They look like a first class establishment but actions spoke otherwise.

  • What a disgusting visit

I was sitting at the bar and the bartender splashed water all over my food and pants as he was cleaning up his bar. The bartender did not apologize and could not have cared less. He didn't even clean up the mess he had caused and just walked away. It was one of the rudest experiences I have ever had in my life at a restaurant. The manager I spoke with didn't seem to care all too much either. I walked away from this restaurant and I plan on never returning.
