You know what you're getting when you go for a drink at the House of Blues. Being a chain, every location across America looks virtually the same and Anaheim's House is no different. Accented with rustic folk art, weathered fixtures and a subtle sense of southern hominess, this venue is known as one of the most elegant bars in Orange County, despite its grungy rock 'n' roll undertones. But with elegance comes expense: stick with the beer and you might get out of the place with money left over for the mandatory parking fee. Otherwise, prepare to pay a heady sum for a couple rounds of mixed cocktails. The final tab is justifiable, though. Anaheim's House of Blues is not a local bar full of regulars. Located in Disneyland's Downtown Disney district, this spot mostly attracts vacationing tourists who anticipate a slightly higher drink tab.

We had a horrible time at this restaurant. The hosts had bad attitude, they were unfriendly and were very unprofessional toward guests. We were told that the wait would be an hour long but it ended up over an hour an a half. Then when it was finally our turn, they made us stand on the side and kept on saying they were getting our table ready, so we waited for like 15 more minutes then they told us they made a mistake and said there was no table ready for us. Finally after a two hours wait we finally got a table. The food was only ok. I didn't think the food was worthed for the price. I will definitely not going back to this restaurant, and I will never recommend this place to anyone!

WOW! Incredible! The Tickets were FREE! And the house was PACKED! Over 900 people. Even standing room was limited! This band Rocked! By far the best and most entertaining tribute to Pat Benatar EVER! The band was joined on stage by Roger Capps, Pat Benatar's original bass player and co-founder of the original lineup, as well as co-writer of "Hell Is For Children!" He rocked out on four songs, including Love Is A Battlefied which he'd never had a chance to play live, and the audience went wild! During "We Belong" the audience had their cell phones up waiving them like back and forth like lighters! Pam really hits the high notes and Patrick the guitar player is amazing. The whole band is so powerfull! What a quality show they put on! They'll be at The Galaxy Theater with Dead Man's Party (tribute to Oingo Boings) on 2/11/05 and you can buy tickets on their website. http://www.benatartribute.com/upcomingshows I hear they'll be touring Canada soon!

Wish the House of Blues would have more original bands play. Tired of all the has been tributes. The food is great, especially the ribs, rice, chicken, etc. don't care to spend a lot on tickets, if no names are playing thou. Bring in some Country Western or some Jazz! Now that is what I want to see!

10-23-04 Precious Time gave one of the best performances I have seen them do so far. The new Line up was fantastic and they gave one heck of a Rocken Show to that audience! They played with Atomic Punks,Bonfire, and Blackout. The whole show meshed very well and hope they put this whole lineup on at the HOB again soon! The lead vocalists Sindee is a powerhouse and her vocals are stronger then ever! A joy to hear the highs and lows of an already opera voice singing Rock! The Real Pat needs to see Precious Time!

Wow,"Precious Time" is the best Pat Benatar Tribute I have seen so far. They really rocked at the HOB on April 9, 04. I have seen the real Pat Benatar band and another Tribute band saying they are the Origonal Pat Benatar Tribute. This Band "Precious Time", I would love to see them play the House of Blues on a regular basis. Lead guitarist Zach Petersen can really rip, and the lead vocalists Sindee was real hot, Wow, she can she nail those notes. She does the real Pat Benatar Band justice, they would be blown away by this band. Everyone around us was singing to the music and the guys in back of me kept shouting they were in love with the lead vocalist! Please don't miss "Precious Time". they will make a Benatar fan out of you! Hope they play in the HOB in Anaheim very soon! Drummer, Jerry DeLucca, bassist, rythmn, Steve Castro, and lead guitarists, Zach Petersen, Rocked the House Out! 5 stars!
