At New York Burger Co. we prepare all our food with great care, meaning: we charcoal-grill our burgers to order, freshly cut our fries, compose our salads on the spot, and create our signature sauces on premeses. We know that hi-quality foods demand hi-quality ingredients, so we use Coleman Natural Beef for our burgers and chilis, Bell & Evans free-range chicken in our sandwiches, and cholesterol free soybean oil for our French fries and award-winning onion rings. What's more, all of our ingredients are preservative free - part of why our food tastes so good. Our counter service allows us to prepare our high-quality food quickly.

DrewFromNY - 01/22/2009This was #1 by AOL a few years ago, so I went with a friend. It is not only the equivalent of a fast-food joint, but the food was actually bad. It was just a basic frozen patty grilled and it didn't taste good. Sometimes, you can respect a bad burger for being adventurous, though not to your taste. This was just completely uninteresting, uninspired and not good. Any coffee shop (diner, for non-NYers) in the city serves a better burger. Someone must be canoodling with the judges on this one. Avoid it.

Great food
PGaujean65 - 06/16/2008The atmosphere is OK, but the burgers are great. They are always freshly made to order. Iâve tried every burger and the Seattle burger is my favorite. The sweet potato fries are very good too as is their homemade lemonades. Iâm going to move on to the chicken and salads next.
