If you haven't been to Magnolia yet, what are you waiting for? This is THE place for early-morning breakfasts, late-night snacks and everything in between. Go healthy with Love Veggies or a portobello melt, or feed your inner carnivore with voodoo chicken or a bacon Swiss burger. Don't miss the Potato Landscapes. The breakfasts, served any time, are about the best in town. Nightly specials include fancier dishes such as pastas, seafood and enchiladas. But the real reason people go is the attitude. It's a taste of Austin as it once was and will always be. You've just got to love a place whose motto is "You Are When You Eat." But you arent the only one, so expect a bit of a wait on weekends. ahicks1009 - 07/14/2003My husband and I stopped here on the way to San Antonio. The service was great. The food was incredible. (We both tried the Magnolia Omelette and Gingerbread pancakes.) We will definitely be back...hopefully soon.

dweebiemuffin - 08/20/2002I eat breakfast here every time I come to Austin to visit my sister. The pancakes are wonderfully unique, and the cheese dip is absolutely to die for. If you eat here once, you'll be hooked.
