Women love this place. Guys like it, too, but they're attracted to the bargain-priced, first-rate breakfasts and lunches. Most women, however, admit they were first hooked by the cuteness, and that's why this cozy, neat-as-a-pin, two-room restaurant quickly became the darling of office workers in Downtown Phoenix. It features nostalgically inviting, bright orange '50s-style dinette tables and chairs and an eggshell-white interior with yellow trim, posters on the walls and fresh yellow roses on the tables.
The breakfast menu is simple and straight-forward, offering free-range eggs, luscious pancakes and waffles served with real maple syrup. Also, outstanding bacon, pork chops and sausage from the acclaimed Pork Shop House in Queen Creek. The same high-quality ingredients are on the lunch menu. The headliner is a juicy chicken breast sandwich lined with provolone cheese on an artisan roll. Pair it with a side of grilled onions or rosemary-scented home fries. You'll find equal quality in the burgers, plus daily specials like spaghetti with sausage and peppers.

Great Food
The only downside was that my husband got his food, the table next to me got there food, and then I got my food. They really should work on getting each table there food together. But the portion sizes were HUGE, and all in all the food was great.

At any good breakfast place you expect to wait- so that was not a big deal. We put our names down, left to go grab a coffee from Tammy Coe around the corner and came back to have our name called right away. However, as soon as we sat down in the tiny, cramped place we were told that no outsdie beverages were allowed and were asked to throw them away or place them outside. When you have to wait 30 minutes to sit down and it is 90+ degrees outside, I think you should be allowed to drink something refreshing to pass the time!!!! Once seated, we became aware of the fact that they have little to no air conditioning in the place- which for such a small spot, in AZ. is unacceptable. There was a tiny fan in the corner which I couldn't even feel. A ceiling fan would be a worthy investment! The egg scramble special was decent but the homefries and sourdough toast were more notable. When I got up to ask where the restroom was I was told there was no public restroom but since I was pregnant I could use their's which was in the kitchen. No thanks... I am pretty sure it's illegal to not have a restroom for customers in a seated restaurant but more importanntly- when you have to wait at least 30 minutes just to sit down, you need to offer your customers access to a bathroom. Okay food- I would not go back again or reccomend the place.
I just don't get it!!!
I don't get it! The place has greasy breakfasts, middle of the road taste, very crowded and an almost unuseable rest room-------better off taking a drive up to Yarnell and eat at the "Ranch House" if your looking for a great breakfast!!
