The name implies that this eatery would be one dimensional. But the Puffy Muffin has kept residents of Brentwood and Nashville returning for 10 years with its burgers, sandwiches and - its specialty - the chicken salad. Tucked away in a strip mall, the Puffy Muffin thrives on word-of- mouth and repeat business. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch with affordable entrees that hover around $5-$6. The dining area seats about 80, but much of the Puffy Muffin's business goes out the backdoor thanks to their successful delivery division. And, true to its name, the Puffy Muffin does serve muffins.
