A long time Park Cities breakfast spot, Kuby's bustles with dirndl-dressed kellnerinnen serving up authentic German house specials. Kasseler rippchen (double-smoked pork chops) and several schnitzel plates, pork and chicken, top the local favorites. Watching piled-high reubens being eaten by others have you drooling as you wait for your triple order of plump bratwursts. Everything is served with a healthy helping of kraut, a mound of red cabbage and that ever-sumptuous German potato salad. All of the authentic recipes are straight from the German culture. There's not one thing on the menu you wouldn't want to try -- it's all tempting and the prices aren't outrageously inexpensive. Dessert specialty? You guessed it: German cherry chocolate cake. Kuby's is quite a popular place especially on weekends, but the wait is short. Browse in the adjoining deli for some German specialties.

Its a german deli-leave it at that.
It doesn't belong in the breakfast category. Very disappointing.

This neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant is truly a unique find in the city of Dallas. You can really appreciate a family-owned establishment vs. a sea of franchised stores. Great breakfast, great lunch and awesome meat market and deli.
The ONLY complaint I have is that it closes too early weekdays (6 or 6:30, I believe).
Best way to experience Germany without the plane fare!Carl's Review
Outstanding all the time! Have eaten breakfast at Kuby's at 6 a.m. every day of the week except Sundays for over 10 years. Full breakfast for not more than $6. Doesn't open 'til 9 a.m. on Sundays. Best meat market in the city!
Sheldon's breakfast review
I've been eating breakfast at Kuby's for 25 years now and it is outstanding. I usually get the fruit bowl - huge - strawberries, honeydew, cantalope, watermelon, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, grapefruit, rasberries and usually blackberries - and this is in the month of February. Coffee great - still 75 cents.
