The breads are stored on industrial racks, the kitchen is completely exposed and the perfunctory seating encourages a takeout business. The only thing thats not no-frills at this Cleveland Heights bakery are the breads themselves, with plenty of options for all tastes - crunchy baguettes, olive rolls, specialty and seasonal loafs as well as cookies and other sinful pastries.
