Fans of the late Georgio's restaurant in Lakewood, which was demolished for installation of yet another Walgreen's drugstore, won't want to miss owner George Voutsiotis' latest venture. M Bistro pairs Voutsiotis with former Johnny's Bar chef Peter "Taki" Diamantis. The artfully designed restaurant is reminiscent of a Greek Villa, complete with classical columns, romantic frescos and climbing ivy. The intriguing lunch and dinner menus, created with the help of chef Warren Dolata (formerly of Erie Bleu), appeal to varying tastes with entrees ranging from striped bass to roasted meats to vegetarian pasta dishes. A bountiful Sunday brunch buffet draws crowds who feast on traditional brunch fare of eggs, French toast, fresh salads, carved meats and at least one of the restaurant's menu-inspired recipes. Reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends, for Sunday brunch or a coveted spot on the outdoor patio. -- Robin Suttell

    The Sunday Brunch is about as good as the Ritz's but alot cheaper, it may even be better.

    Was very disapointed with entry, not fully cooked and when I said something for the second time that is wasn't cooked to liking they said started to ignor the table which is an insult to injury. I paid my bill but will never set foot into this establishment again. You would figure the customer is right, I was nice, did not give the waitress a hard time but was firm that my meal was poor and her answer was I am the only one and walked away...."what poor Customer service" oh by the way the management was not available, imagine that!

    WENT FOR DINNER AT A SALES MEETING, FOOD WAS GREAT. SALMON WAS LARGE AND TASTY. WILL GO BACK ON OUR OWN. LOOKED AT PRICES AND YES, THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGH BUT OK. DAVE

    We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Lots of variety and everything fresh and attractive and plentiful.
