When it comes to local flavor, diners may have it more than any other type of place. Regulars are the rule at these small eateries, and everybody seems to know everybody else. It's no different here. Seating is fairly limited and more than fairly simple, with four-top tables filling the restaurant opposite the bar. And it fills up fast at peak times.
