Ybor City's only brewpub dispenses handcrafted microbrews to modern-day draft animals in a restored 100-year-old horse stable. Tampa Bay Brewing Company attracts singles, sports fans and beer connoisseurs, plus couples seeking the second-floor patio. Many menu items reflect a dunking in the suds, such as the Drunken Shrimp. Try the blue crab cakes topped with honey-porter fruit salsa and coconut, or the addictive Burning Wings of Fire.
But most folks come for the burgers, a legend in their own time. The 15th Street burger is topped with smoked gouda, plus a hefty dose of BLT. Seminole Heights is a blackened burger with jalapenos, cheddar and sour cream. The Chef's Choice adds goat cheese and the Rough Rider gets a kick from chili verde. There's also a touch of pub grub here: Try the Ploughman's cheese and meat platter, or shepherd's pie. Best Brew Pub in region
Urcannonfodder - 10/07/2008This is truly one on the best places to get a micro brew and to top it off the food is FANTASTIC. You get the best of both worlds. I love to both and and drink here. They always have seasonal beers brewed by Tampa Bay Brewing as well as their most popular beers year round. It's hard to find a better place for beer lovers.

tamparich63 - 07/01/2007Tampa Bay Brewing Company is now firmly entrenched in the new location in Centro Ybor and the move has done nothing to the quality of te food and beer. They are now up to full brewing capacity and the outside beer garden is great people watching and the bartender outside ( Jessie I believe ) sets a wonderful atmosphere with the music selection. One of my only complaints was the sodas which my kids regularly returned but I I found out that they are changing to COKE products in the near future. Also they are putting misting fans on the outside patio. PERFECT!!
