Pigs are glorified in pictures and collectibles. Whether this puts one in the mood to eat pork or simply say, "Oh, isn't that cute," we're not sure. But the pulled pork sandwich is mighty tasty, a jumbo meal loaded with smoky flavor. Ribs come with a good sauce, but could be more meaty. Sides include coleslaw, barbecued beans and green beans, which tend to be overcooked. Also on the menu are smoked chicken, brisket of beef, burgers and chili plus healthier items like salads and cold sandwiches. Lots of people drop by at lunch to pig out, so finding a seat may be difficult. Planning a party? You can buy the hickory-smoked meats by the pound.

Best Bar-B-Que in the USA
Dubyaebee - 07/06/2008I was born in the deep south and have eaten a lot of bar-b-que in my life, but Bubba's Bar-b-que has to be the absolute best pulled pork I have ever eaten. Every thing served there is better than in most places. And.........the owner is a model for how to run a bar-b-que "joint!"

WBOMBAY - 07/02/2008Ribs are great but I would prefer on a full rack , not cut in sections when picked up for home. Couple of cute girls working there the last time I was dining.........................

Exxclcorp - 05/16/2008Yeah, the pork and beef are very good. The surprises here are the absolute BEST greens and way better than usual chicken, which most BB-Q joints don't have a clue about. Good, friendly service and fair prices.
