Bold graphics and a prime location may lure patrons into this casual, bright cafe, but large portions of southern grub keep them coming back. At lunch, the slow joe pulled pork and brisket sandwiches are favorites, but the house signature ribs make a meatier option. A la carte dinners come with sweet potato corn bread: start with fried catfish, smoked duck or chicken, and add in sides like coleslaw, creamed spinach, mac 'n' cheese, fries, greens or dirty rice. Beer and wine are available, and sweet finishes include pecan and key lime pie, so save some room.

Best Place to Eat With Kids
This is the Greatest place to eat with kids. The kids love their cheesy mac and I get my fill of all their delicious barbecues and salads. The casual atmosphere is great . My favorite is the sliced barbecue pork but I often have to make sure we get a little of everything. Don't miss out on giving this place a try.
