    This used to be one of the best and worth the drive up from Denver. The world has since caught up and Big Hoss BBQ hasn't noticed, coasting on old reputation but the food quality/flavor is declining.
    Your BBQ dollar is better spent at closer places in Denver, but if you just need an excuse to drive into the hills, BBQ Hoss is worth stopping by, but not worth the trip just for BBQ.

    This little place in Bailey has AWESOME BBQ. I always bring my clients here when we are out looking at properties in Bailey. The pulled pork and the sweet potato french fries are the best! Go Rod! You do such wonderful things with the boys of the community with the car racing! Keeps them all out of trouble.

    Have eaten there several times, have had out of town guests from NC say it was the best BBQ they have had, This is worth any drive for a great BBQ..
