The brothers from Britain have created their own sweet success in the form of an original KC/Texas-style barbecue sauce. The formula has been a hit with rib aficionados since the brothers' first store opened in 1999. These days with more locations, they refuse to rest on their saucy laurels, adding dishes that cover Carolina, St. Louis and Memphis cooking styles. Now, customers can also choose tasty sauces beyond the original: tangy vinegar, Carolina mustard, and a true hot sauce that is killer (almost literally) on spicy grilled sausage. Don't miss the dry-rubbed St. Louis-cut pork spareribs that are smoked, grilled and glazed to perfection. The side orders of beans, slaw, fries and chips remain limited and traditional. But who cares when you're trying to down all the star-caliber 'cue you can handle?
All four Brothers locations (Greenwood Village, Hilltop, Capitol Hill and Broomfield) serve up the same tempting menu with just a little variance in hours and atmosphere. While some folks prefer to take their finger-licking meal home, those who want to sit down and indulge head for the Greenwood Village "superstore." Catch a game on one of the TVs above the full-service bar, or dive into your meal on the patio. Stay late and it's OK -- the staff sticks around as long as you do. These guys aim to please with quality chow, a multitude of choices, reasonable prices and a friendly staff.

Lost the Edge - Get back to basics Bros
I used to LOVE this place and frequent often, now Iâm not so excited to eat here. The food has gone way down in recent times especially the brisket. Pork is somewhat consistent and ok, the ribs lately - well poor. What originally got me hooked on Brothers was it combination of different BBQ styles especially KC. BBQ is an art and when you decide to get big with multiple stores, well sometimes you take your eye off the ball and I think thatâs what has happened here. I am not a big fan of the bbq chain restaurant thing but if you want to go that route Famous Daves has done something right and itâs consistent. If you want to try something different and get a BBQ education in the process check out Jaboâs (east on Arapahoe and I 25) definitely worth a least one visit. In saying all this Brothers still has the best Baked Beans.
