aaronburruss - 12/20/2007Southern california visitor to Charlotte, everyone told me to try some good BBQ. I asked around, and three people recommended this place, but NONE could remember the name. I found it, and it was amazing. I had the pork ribs & beef combo, with some of the brunswick stew, beans and fries.

I have tried BBQ joints in eastern NC, Western NC, Texas, Memphis, Kansas, Florida, SC, CA, and others and this place has the best! Family owned and operated for generations, the service and quality are consistantly superb. Try the chopped pork sandwhich with slaw, the bbq beans, the brunswick stew and sweet tea for a gut busting, A1 BBQ experience! See you there for lunch this afternoon!!!
