21st Birthday

This club was excellent to a point. My boyfriend booked a V.I.P. table for my 21st birthday and we ordered a bottle of Patron. There we only three of us. My boyfriend, me and my sister. The server poured us several drinks and took the bottle away from the table saying that we could not have the bottle at the table. She did however keep checking on us to make sure we constantly had drinks. Well obviously the girl knew we were a bit tipsy cause we were out of Patron and sold us a bottle of Absolut Vodka for $200 bucks which had a lock on it and she came and pulled it about 30 minutes later saying they could no longer serve alcohol after 2 A.M. We had well over 3/4ths left and could not take the bottle home or get a refund for the remaining alcohol. We left pissed.

Terrible Events! Oversold NYE

The club sold tickets to new years eve and oversold the event by hundreds of tickets. There were hundreds of people who waited in line for hours and missed midnight because they were still waiting in line. The bouncers all admitted the club screwed up but no one could do anything about it. Terrible, unorganized mess! Drunk idiots screaming out the windows and really unattractive drunk girls waiting in line/outside the club. Do not bother with these clowns!

Fairly large club broke up in sections.Younger attractive crowd that dress to impress.Long lines on weekends.Good sound system.One of the more popular dance clubs in Scottsdale.

What Happened?

Radius stopped spinning techno on Saturdays, in place for R&B/Hip Hop. For those of you who don't know, Axis/Radius is actually two different dance floors, thus "axis" usually spins Top 40/Hip Hop and "radius" spins techno (Saturday Nights).

The past two times in a row I've been there, both sides end up playing Top 40. It's crap, and totally drives me and my friends away. It's a great place to go if you use words like BALLER and name all the overpriced drinks you had.

The funny thing about the club now is that it attracts 30,000 dollar Millionaires. Go on and go into debt trying to impress women, I'll stick to raves from now on.

I don't know what the big deal is. Why would you ever bash a nightclub? This club is the BEST in AZ. I walked in to the club ordered a bottle of CRIS CHANPAGNE and LOUIE TRE, danced the night away with many HOT Az. women! The club just had to keep the music coming! As far as complaining about the club? Stay in the bush league and chuckie cheeses complainers! You are not mature enough to party with the Ballers! If you think the employees are rude, YOU should check yourself!

Axis Radius is beautiful on the outside but once I got the the door my night went south like a duck in the winter. I was carded by one of the most rudest people I have ever met. Johnny from New York had a really bad attitude towards me. While I was trying to explain to him my out of state ID his son kept interrupting me asking his daddy for money. Then Johhny proceeded to charge me the $10 cover and gave my money right to his son and did not offer me a receipt. I will never go back to Axis Radius. If you want to get treated like a grown up go to The PCL Cat lounge.
