At this BBQ joint it is all reheated and has no flavor. The food was mediocre at best. Just needs to try harder or actually try to "BBQ" its a terrible waste of meat and should try and do thing the right way instead of faking it! Service was moderate and had to wait for cold food and just ok food. Try harder and not have the smoke in a bottle added to microwaved meat!!!

THE FOOD IS OK AS FAR AS THE PORK SANDWHICH GOES. THE RC DRINKS SUCK AS THEYM ARE USUALLY FLAT. THE INTERIOR NEEDS REDONE. THE STAFF LEANS ON THE COUNTER AND ACTS AS IF YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. THE VAN BUREN LOCATION YOU FEEL AS IF YOU NEED A GUN TO WALK FROM CAR AND BACK AND PARKING IS POOR.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT JOES HAS SOME OF THE BEST BBQ IN THE STATE OF AZ (SECOND ONLY TO MY OWN) AN IVE HAD BBQ FROM MANY OF THE BIG NAME STATES. Expecting some great Memphis BBQ. Got precooked, reheated,cut ribs not a slab, over soaked in over sweet and to much vinegar in the sauce.Phoenix must have better to offer. And whats with you reviewers.
Where is your taste! This may have been great at one time but never again for me.

It is painfully obvious that all you that think Honey bear's is great are gosh darn YANKEES never been south of the mason dixon. Being a southern. I know bbq and this is just meat with sauce with too much sigar. We like spice in the south. Honey bear's is good leftovers for my dog but thats it. I'm hesitant to try others after they soiled my love of bbq

The sauce is great but I got the ribs and there was hardly any meat on them at all. Still have not found any place better than A&Js.

Black guy BBQ at its best. The Cow-Bro beans are great. All the food from this place is good to go. For me? sauce on the side. Great ribs. Rip, tear, and dunk into the awesome sauce. Good casual beer drinking food. I prefer to eat their food in my own crib.
