Born at the end of the history-making '60s, Red Robin has thrived for over three decades to become a part of national culinary history. The restaurant has parlayed its strategy of competitive pricing, gourmet burgers and lively atmosphere into multiple awards for best burger and best family restaurant. The staff is encouraged to be fun and make guests feel a part of the raucous environment. Though the menu features a variety of options, the main draw is still the burgers (the thick, spicy 5 Alarm Burger or the Pot Roast Burger demand accompaniment by a milkshake) and seasoned fries. Video games and crayons make the restaurant a family favorite.
Kids running around the video game area, people gathering at the bar after work and everybody smiling -- welcome to Red Robin. Bright colors and modern pop music put people in a good mood as soon as they enter the room. Wherever you look, there seems to be action and motion. Balloons are often floating around, signaling a party or birthday. Pop art hangs around the building, drawing eyes toward all the excitement and giving them convenient conversation topics.

Not!

If Red Robin has one of the top 10 burgers in Phoenix then there are no good burgers in Phoenix. I will say that the atmosphere and all the trimmings are good but the actual meat is thin, dry and flavorless -- almost like an afterthought to everything else. YUK. If anyone knows of a truly good burger, please email me soon. It's summer and I don't have a grill.

Red Robin deserves to be #1
No matter what day or time, I am always taken care of at Red Robin. They do whatever they can to make sure I feel happy with my order and my service. I eat there regularly at least once a week and I'm always greeted with a smile and an energetic welcome back from the team. I invite all the other people who have put down a bad review previous to this to try Red Robin again. They might just surprise you.
Red Robin not even in Top 10
Service was stupid; atmosphere was about a zero; food was ok but overall it is disappointing the one time I go every year.
Not worth it at all.Best Burger Ever
I've been to almost all Red Robins in AZ. They are all good. But Peoria RR is the best by far. Not only do I agree with the mushroom burger entry but they have a Royal Red Robin burger that has an egg on it, that is to die for. I know I know the egg sounds funny but trust me it is as serious as a lamb. It is not the place for losers. It is a fun family enviroment. It is loud and busy all the time. If your burger was dry, you should have sent it back. If your service was bad you should have said something. I have never had a problem in that place. If you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen....
Signed,
Red Robin lover.Locations Closing for a Reaso

I've been to several in Colorado and Arizona. They used to be great in the late 80s and early 90s but then died something awful. Straingely, the same company put up a little walk-up burger stand that puts Red Robin to shame on flavor and value. I'd never go there agan.
Nastiest Burgers In Town
Ok, just to be fair I've tried 3 different locations and found them all to be lacking. No taste to the burgers, I could have pan fried burgers at home with more taste. The staff at 2 locations were so overly friendly that we cringed whenever one came near us.Needless to say we didn't feel to well after eating at any of the R.R. s
#1 Burger? Not even close.
These were the worst burgers we've tried in the last two years. They were dry and flavorless-and the wait staff was rude and inattentive. If you want a truly great burger go across the street to Firebirds where you can get delicious food and courteous and pleasant service.
RED ROBBINS, A RIP OFF.
Dont waist your time and money at this over priced hamburger yuppy joint. There no better than a Big Boy resturant. Oh Parents, control your rug rats! Maybe that will improve the buisiness.
