Offering an alternative to the cattleman's club atmosphere at most steakhouses, Paul Fleming designed Fleming's Prime Steakhouse as a couples and family-friendly destination, much like his earlier triumphs, Z'Tejas Grill and P.F. Chang's. The lights are kept a little low, with custom-designed chandeliers giving off a soft glow throughout. Casual elegance is the name of the game, making Fleming's a fine choice for both business meetings and romantic evenings. If a family gathering or private party is on the horizon, private dining rooms can accommodate large groups, and staff members are ready and able to attend to your every need.

The menu features USDA prime beef, hand-cut daily on site into steaks. A wide selection of sizes and cuts is offered, ranging from the 8-ounce petit filet mignon to the 40-ounce Porterhouse for two, with peppercorn and bearnaise sauce available on request. Other options include pork chops, marinated double breast of chicken and several seafood entrees such as charred salmon fillet with Cabernet butter sauce, grilled swordfish with mango salsa and lobster tails with drawn butter. Enticing desserts include the Chocolate Surprise and creme brulee. Wine is served by the glass, rather than just by the bottle, allowing customers to sample a few boutique labels without adding 50 bucks to the tab. More than 100 domestic and imported wines are available by the glass or by the bottle.

  • Better Value Steak House

I can't tell the difference between Morton's, Drinkwaters (City Hall) Ruths' Chris, Donovan, Capital Grill....all way too expensive, all essentially the same deal..expensive (good steak) with expensive (sometimes good) ala carte sides. Flemings has given me equal quality and service at a lower price. I have only dined at the Scottsdale Hilton location, but very satisfied. Can't say the same about the others above. And how about The Grill at the TPC? $54 for a steak?!!! Now that is an expensive slab of muscle.

the starters, sides, lamb and seafood are right up there with the beef.

first timers are made to feel special.
better yet, they remember you the 2nd and 3rd time and reward loyalty .

a lot of the other steak houses make you feel like
THEY are doing YOU a favor by letting you in.

these friendly, professional, and generous folks make YOU feel
    wanted and special EVERY time.

go where the people make YOU feel special and appreciated.

..and the food is top notch...

  • D.C. Ranch Rules!

    Review rating : 5out of 5   Misslibra23 - 06/18/2008

I love Flemings but my favorite one is the D.C. Ranch location. The restaurant is beautiful and so are the surrounding areas (good to walk around in after getting your fill of their delicious food and wine). The staff and service at the D.C. Ranch location is unbelievable-they are all so friendly and they know how to take excellent care of their patrons. Go D.C. Ranch!!!!

  • Forget it! 1/18/2007

    Review rating : 1out of 5   sa1342 - 01/20/2007

Food is so overly priced that I would never recommend them to anyone. Place is noisy. Food was no exception. Too many people wait on you, one for drinks, one for salad, one for dinner, one for dessert, etc. How many people do you need to serve a couple? this was first and last time at Felmings.

  • Great food, Great Service!

    Review rating : 5out of 5   diningstar - 05/29/2006

Phenominal Wine and a great place to bring clients and close friends for an adult night out! I took my mother their for her 65th birthday and she absolutely fell in love with it. You get what you pay for at Flemings. The food, the atmosphere, and the Service.
Best Steak and Martini spot in Phoenix!
