The interior of Kimo's is low key, inviting conversation rather than allowing for distraction-by-tchotchke. The sushi is served on pretty glass platters to better highlight the arty assortment of rice and fish creations. Dynamite maki is a roll made with spicy tuna, salmon and avocado, but for those looking for something with less kick try the Americanized sushi, like the "Philly," made with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Those seeking inner harmony can sample the ying-yang roll, made with tuna, kampyo, salmon and avacado. The adamantly anti-sushi can opt for the udon noodle soup, which is hearty enough to serve as a meal, and prepared with a choice of seafood or tofu and vegetables.
